I'm locked out of my account
- Forgot password — use Forgot password on the login screen to get a reset link. See changing or resetting your password.
- No verification email — use resend, and check spam; confirm you're using the right address. See verifying your email.
- Lost your 2FA device — use your saved backup/recovery method. If you can't, contact support to verify ownership.
- Passkey on a lost device — sign in with another passkey or your password, then remove the old passkey under Security.
