How do I report a bug or send feedback?
Open the report option in the topbar menu, give it a short title and a description, and optionally attach a screenshot. Feature requests and general comments are welcome through the same form — just pick Feedback instead of Bug.
What happens next
Every report moves through these states:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Open | Received, not yet triaged. |
| In review | We're reproducing or investigating it. |
| Resolved | Fixed, or the behaviour was corrected. |
| Invalid | We couldn't reproduce it, or it turned out to be working as designed. |
When your report reaches Resolved or Invalid, a notice appears in the banner at the top of the app so you don't have to check back. Dismiss it with the × once you've read it.
A Resolved report also sends you a notification straight away — a toast if you have the app open, and a push notification on your phone if you use the mobile app and have notifications enabled. Invalid only updates the banner; we'd rather not interrupt you to say we found nothing.
Occasionally a report is reopened because the fix didn't hold. When that happens it goes back to In review and you won't get a second notice contradicting the first — the banner you already read simply expires on its own.
Reward for reproducible bugs
If a bug report leads to a fix, we may extend your plan by a few days as a thank-you. You'll get an email confirming the new expiry date, and the extension shows up on your billing page. Feedback and feature requests aren't eligible.
Reports that help most include the steps to reproduce, what you expected instead, and a screenshot.
For problems that block you right now, check device not showing data and the rest of the troubleshooting section first — those cover the most common causes.
