Scheduled reports
A schedule sends a saved report by email on a cadence — every morning, every Monday, on the 1st of the month — as a PDF, CSV and/or Excel attachment. Scheduling needs a paid plan and the Owner or Admin role; see Team members and roles.
Go to Reports → Schedules → New schedule.
When it runs
- Frequency — daily, weekly (pick the day) or monthly (pick a day from 1 to 28, so every month has it).
- Time and Timezone — the delivery time is local to the zone you choose: 07:00 in Asia/Kolkata means 07:00 for the people reading it, and the dates inside the report are printed in that zone too.
- Every run covers a whole finished period: a daily report sent this morning covers yesterday, midnight to midnight; a weekly one covers the previous week; a monthly one the previous month.
Who receives it
Recipients are you and the active members of your team, picked from a list — there is no box for other addresses. To send a report to someone outside the team, invite them as a Viewer in Team first. The emails come from a no-reply address with the account owner as the reply-to. Your plan sets how many people one schedule can email.
Send a test (the envelope button) emails the report to you right now, so you can check the attachment before anyone else sees it. You can send ten tests a day.
Pausing and stopping
The switch on each row pauses or resumes a schedule. Pausing always works, whatever your plan. If your plan stops including scheduled reports, every schedule pauses by itself and says why in its row; resume them after upgrading.
What was sent
Reports → Recent deliveries lists every run: when it went out, the period it covered, how many recipients received it, and whether it was delivered, partly delivered or failed. Open a run to see its figures and caveats exactly as they were sent — they are not recalculated, because older readings age out of your plan's history and re-running the same period later may give different numbers. You can download the frozen run again as PDF, Excel or CSV.
