Dashboard settings

Each dashboard has its own settings:

• Time range — relative (last 2 h, last 24 h…) or an absolute from/to window. Charts seed history for this range.
• Refresh interval — how often historical widgets re-pull (live widgets stream regardless).
• Timezone — used by time-based widgets (clocks, chart axes).
• Theme override — force light/dark for this dashboard, or follow the app theme.
• Grid — column count, row height, and gap.
