Setting up your account securely

After signing up:

  1. Verify your email — click the link we send. Didn't get it? Resend from the login screen. See email verification.
  2. Add a passkey (recommended) — passwordless sign-in with Face ID / Touch ID / a security key. See passkeys.
  3. Or enable 2FA (TOTP) — a 6-digit code from an authenticator app on top of your password. See two-factor authentication.
  4. Set your profile — name and contact email under Settings → Profile.

Your sign-in IP and approximate location are recorded for security; this is disclosed in our privacy policy.
