Plans & limits
Each plan sets your device count, publish rate, storage, retention, dashboards, widgets, rules, and allowed action types. The current numbers for your plan are on the Quota & limits page.
Changing plans
- Upgrading takes effect immediately.
- Downgrading below your current usage starts a grace period: you'll get an in-app notice listing what exceeds the new plan (extra devices/rules/destinations). After the enforcement date, the excess is disabled automatically — newest items first.

If a renewal payment fails
Your limits don't change the moment a payment fails. Your plan keeps working while the payment is retried, and only reverts to Free after a grace window if the retries don't succeed — with the usual downgrade grace period on top. Details: a payment failed.
