Cold-chain temperature monitoring

  1. Attach temperature probes to a gateway in each freezer.
  2. Build a dashboard with a value card + trend chart per unit.
  3. Add a rule: temperature > -15°C for the unit → email + in-app alert, 15-minute cooldown.
  4. Optionally add a webhook action to page on-call staff.
