My messages are being throttled

Throttling means a rate limit is being hit. Identify which:

• Per-device interval — one device publishing too fast. Slow it to ≥ your plan's min_publish_interval_ms.
• Aggregate rate — too many devices publishing at once. Reduce total msg/s or stagger reporting.
• Watch for quota/rate-limited and quota/suspended events.
