My dashboard isn't updating

  1. Is the device online? No live data flows from an offline device — see device shows offline.
  2. Right tag bound? Open the widget settings and confirm the device + tag. If you renamed a tag, re-pick it.
  3. No stored history? On realtime-only tiers (or at a storage cap), charts have no seed — see why isn't my telemetry stored?.
  4. Time range — a narrow or past absolute range can hide current data; widen it in dashboard settings.
  5. Aggregation interval — a long interval means infrequent emits; lower it to see updates sooner.

A hard refresh clears any stale cached device catalog.
